We strive to provide excellent service, and it’s clear State Farm fell short in this instance. However, I will point out that the premium issues you faced were not due to anything our office or staff did. There were multiple emails and phone calls we had with you, discussing how we were trying to get our underwriters to resolve the issues that they created, but unfortunately, this was not corrected by underwriting in a timely fashion, which is out of our office's control. "I have to re-do this post I was asked to remove the agents name even though it was attached to a compliment not a complaint, It shows where their concern is not for me the customer but your ratings…after a week of having a policy with Geico I’m sad to say that I was told that underwriting denied me. This is was very disappointing because I have cancelled my previous insurance to come to Geico for a lower rate as I previous stated this has left me with having to find another insurance company which means I’m no better off than I was. I waited for at least week before canceling my previous company I’m totally disappointed I just wish they would have handled me differently."

It obviously helps nobody, which is why we fought hard to ask underwriting to change their mind.
